to day i wake up and everything is working right, may be the yesterday
update or may be i also try the fateful fglrx the experience went bad
and i had to remove it and reinstall linux generic: this is what i did
with SOFTWARE and UPDATE i install FGLRX than whit the ROOT TERMINAL
using: $ sudo apt-get remove --purge fglrx i remove but still i was not
able to go upstream cause low graphic mode so trought the bios i set the
grahics in UMA went upstream and with the help of UBUNTU SOFTWARE CENTER
reinstall LINUX GENERIC 3.13.0.24.30 declared removed (may be when i
purge fglrxe linux generic was afected?) that's it . went to bed, this
morning i switch on the lap top and everything is working right the bios
is set in SWITCHABLE GRAPHIC and I do not uderstand how the computer set
right and i hope stays right

Bug description:
  are already two or three months that i am trying to use ubuntu 14.04 and 
before 13.10 but do to hardware structure of my lenovo g400 Intel® Core™ 
i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz × 4 and VESA: Intel® Sandybridge/Ivybridge Graphics i am 
able to go upstream only with the help of Grub and recovery mode   because a 
normal boot is stooped by few flashes a black screen and after a Low Graphic 
Mode window pop up blocking the normal boot and from there you can go nowhere  
please give me some solution help is needed  
  P.S. if any kind of information is needed just give me the right key command 
and i will execute
