Bug description:
I'm using Ubuntu 7.10 on a Dell Inspiron 1420 with Intel Mobile
GM965/PM965/GL960 Express Integrated Graphics Controller with the
  default drivers and X configuration.

When the s-video tv-out is used, the image showed on TV is too bright
and the colors are satured and shifted to yellow.

It's not a hardware problem: using M$ Vista the colors on the TV are
showed equal to the notebook screen.
