How do I check, that my bug report has been correctly uploaded?

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ErrorTracker mention "Choosing “Show Previous
Reports” in the settings interface should open a Web page listing those
reports" but it doesn't exists on xubuntu.

  It is working with xubuntu 16.04 not with 16.10
