Sylvain Viart, I am afraid I don't use Xubuntu, so I don't have any
suggestions on that. However, in GNOME Flashback I go to System Tools >
System Settings > Security & Privacy > Diagnostics > Show Previous
Reports

Despite this, I want to first fully confirm your setup and how you
installed the Brother scanner drivers. Hence, for the PC that has the
core dump, is the Brother scanner connected via USB or a network?
