  gnome-shell crashed with SIGTRAP in meta_wayland_init() from
  XPending() from gdk_check_xpending() from gdk_event_source_prepare()
  from g_main_context_prepare()

Bug description:
  The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding 
gnome-shell.  This problem was most recently seen with package version 
3.24.1-0ubuntu1, the problem page at 
https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/99734814913d1c6334d73bebb8e44ff475f5d477 
contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or 
traceback, and individual crash reports.
