Title:
Flicker when a view mode is selected

Status in Nautilus:
  Expired
Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: nautilus

After I select a view mode (list view, icon view, compact view) the
view selection combobox will ugly flicker for a while before selecting
  the right mode.

Try, it does this every time.

Lucid, fully updated. I guess the bug report (using the nautilus menu)
added all the required info automatically. If not, please ask for more
  info and I'll provide it.
