Status in Nautilus: Won't Fix Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu: Won't Fix Bug description: Currently, nautilus is not capable of executing files or determining permissions over the network. When going to the permissions tab it says "The permissions of ___ couldn't be determined". Chmod is a pretty common operation. Also, there is no way to execute scripts/binary files. When running an executable binary file, this error is displayed: Couldn't display (address) This error message isn't really that helpful at all.
