Thanks for your reply Radomir.

I think you'll find that Evince's interface has changed since you filed
the bug report. Using the latest version of Evince available to me,
3.32.0 in Ubuntu 19.10 (dev) I don't see an issue which is why I asked
if you saw a problem *related* to the one that you reported over five
years ago.

As you are not in a position to check whether a bug still exists with
the attached document I'll close this by changing the status to
"Invalid" as the problem was not confirmed by another user or it seems
reported directly to the GNOME developers for investigation or comment.

** Changed in: evince (Ubuntu)
       Status: Incomplete => Invalid

Title:
Menubar not displayed with some documents

Status in evince package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I'm using Xubuntu 13.10 with Evince 3.10.2 (same bug with 3.10.3).

With most documents I open, evince correctly shows the
toolbar/menubar/whatever you call it now, so I can access the menus
and, for example, print the document. But with some PDFs (example
attached), Evince starts without any menubar visible. Switching to
fullscreen with F11 and then backs brings back the menu, but it
dissapears as soon as I click anywhere in the document.
