While texdoctk heavily needs latex documents that are not all installed
with texlive-base, should it be moved to come with texlive-full as a
last resort? Also texdoctk needs perl-tk which is not installed with
texlive-base. Texdoctk.desktop icon is just ugly and needs to be
manually removed from applications directory.

Bug description:
  When texlive-latex-base is installed in ubuntu 18.04 with it
  dependencies it adds program texdoctk which depends perl-tk which is
  not installed. Also texdoctk.desktop is made. This has been discussed
