This part I do not understand.

Chromium only asks for microphone access if the web application requests it
and to load the web application Chromium needs Internet connection, like here
is a minimal example: https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html.

A film or screen shot could help understanding your issue, as long as there is
no leaked private data.

Also, please open a terminal, enter 'snap connections chromium' and paste
the output here.

  In the settings mic is enabled with google.com site, but still not
  working, just saying that there is no internet connection, but there
