This won't happen for language-selector any more. In a not too distant
future, this will be replaced with the gnome-control-center region
panel.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: language-selector

  every time i install hebrew support i need to manually add the
  keyboard layout and tick alt-shift and i think this two basic things
  need to be done automaticly.
