https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Developer_phone_guide/ZTE_OPEN I'm assuming from the date of your last mail that you got one of the older ones? follow the instructions from https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Developer_phone_guide/ZTE_OPEN#Device_revisions onwards, and you should be able to update it.
