WebIDE is embedded in Firefox already so you don't have to install
additional software. You can check
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/WebIDE for more details.
There is also a nice document about using WebIDE for TV, see
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/TVs_connected_devices/How_to_connect_WebIDE_to_TV_%28VIErA%29.
However, installing certified app is not available for current TV model.
