Thanks for your help David. I had completely forgotten about the -no-remote flag - this, along with some careful chmodding to resolve some permissions problems, has sorted me out. I’ve Updated the following articles with what I think are better instructions for running Gaia on desktop. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Developing_Gaia/Running_the_Gaia_codebase#Running_your_own_Gaia_build https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Developing_Gaia/Different_ways_to_run_Gaia One thought that springs to mind — do we still need the section on Running Gaia directly in B2G desktop: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Developing_Gaia/Different_ways_to_run_Gaia#Using_Gaia_in_Simulator_via_B2G_Desktop ? Is this still useful, or should I just get rid of this now? _______________________________________________ dev-fxos mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/dev-fxos
