Thanks Fred for bring this up. That panel is completely blank on my build (which I built myself). I don't know if I have done something wrong on the configuration....
If that's the state of the build (or state of non Spark distro build maybe?), I think we should just disable that panel for v2.5? Really not interested in working on a late feature for the sake of working on a late feature ...
