I agree with Dale as well as Mihai. We should look on seeing how we can improve things and it's a good point that we do need a central point of information/forum that's easy to find and searchable (content + in search engines).
I would suggest, Mihai, is to file bugs in regards to those points. Keep it emotionally neutral and point out facts and data points and ping the right people with a needinfo in the bug. If the bugs are emotionally charged, then chances might be it might get dismissed faster than being looked at.
