Hi I'm just wondering how we handle "vote" counts and who can decide features shall be implemented for each FxOS release. If there is one feature that users really care about, but developers (or the module owner) are not interested in. Will external user feedbacks properly be reviewed? I have a feeling that if the feature requests are not coming from carriers or chipset vendors, we don't care much about feature requests from external in the past.
I know there is a discussion about bugzilla "voting" feature on dev.platform [1] but i'm interested in knowing how we select and decide feature sets for each FXOS release. Do we actually track missing features publicly and consider to put into future FXOS roadmap if we have limited resources to implement features in one or two release?
