I think we really need to go back to the roots of Mozilla and help cater to
the features that people are requesting :
http://foxfooding.github.io/dashboard/

Both Google and Apple are forcing people to use what they want them to use.

We have an opportunity to help the community to make a mobile device that
they want to use and the features that we can implement for them.

The main thing I was watching was a NHK World program on a couple that made
a small local convenient store that people all over Japan would go to...
they give tours on their store to major supermarkets.

In the worst of times, the wife had asked a customer why the customer
didn't buy one of the produces that didn't sell well. The main reason why
was because it was trouble to cook with it. So the wife ended up taking a
challenge to produce fresh food with that ingredient. The second challenge
was to cook the food better than the people were making it at home. She
would call her customers up and ask for advice on how to make the food
better.

What I took from this is that we could do the same ourselves. We can
improve the product by getting feedback from our end users and making the
features and taking people's suggestions.

We should build the people's web phone.

Regards,
Naoki
