Flame Nightly channel is set to update any build id lower than 20151221215202 to Full FOTA to the latest v5 base build.
The full stack is available if you are on a lower build id. This is made possible by T2M hosting the mar file and we're just redirecting the phones to the build. We also have the base build available for sideload and full flashing (ie wiping data). Thank you for your patience. The Nightly gecko/gaia will resume being pushed for green smoke tests once again.
