Hi
It's mentioned in the previous mail.
You need only update.zip. There is no data loss!
You can do it from Windows with no problems. I was able to do it with Windows 10. Make sure you have ADB installed though.

Hi Naoki,
Are there advantages of having base image v5 in my Flame?
If so, considering I need to keep the nighty-latest because of some testing I am doing and that I don't mind loosing my data, which of the 3 links provided is the one I should use?
Please remember I use windows!
Many thanks!
Gabriela

What about the Flame users on nightly-latest? What is the easiest way to update without losing data?
Naoki Hirata wrote:NaokiRegards,Thank you for your patience. The Nightly gecko/gaia will resume being pushed for green smoke tests once again. We also have the base build available for sideload and full flashing (ie wiping data).Flame Nightly channel is set to update any build id lower than 20151221215202 to Full FOTA to the latest v5 base build. The full stack is available if you are on a lower build id. This is made possible by T2M hosting the mar file and we're just redirecting the phones to the build.Sent Using Firefox OSSent Using Firefox OS
