How is MozStumbler determining the Cells Scanned value? I had it running in an area where I had lousy cell signal, and after a few minutes, it had climbed to ~20 cells scanned. Over a short drive (~10Km/8mi) it recorded ~90 cells scanned. That number seems really high.
I added logging when it adds a cell tower (sets in CellInfo) and see 1 unique cell, and MozStumbler is reporting 7 cells scanned. (Practically no cell signal here.)
