Hi!Victor Ng suggested that I extend and post my bug report to this mailing list.
I have a Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A-H with MTK6575, Android 4.0.3 and dual sim.Mozilla Stumbler v1.7.11 48401df and the two versions before can't get any cell ID; Tasker and Wifi Matic do without problems.
I even tried removing Tasker and Wifi Matic, but no change.Also every report is marked with a green point, but only Wifi networks are to be reported. There is no change if there is no SIM, only one SIM in the right or left slot, both SIM cards inserted or airplane mode with wifi enabled. My SIM cards are from Vodafone and Telekom. I am in Germany, tested near Coburg and Fambach. Most of the big streets (B4 and B19) there where already mapped, I drove on them too and also on many of the smaller ones.
Tasker and Wifi Matic show the following cell IDs for Fambach (GPS Location: long 10.36320, lat 50.73941): GSM:1366.80625121 GSM:1366.80625125 GSM:1366.80625126 GSM:1366.80625128 GSM:3360.80609842 GSM:3360.80609846 GSM:18567.987310 GSM:18567.1005111 GSM:18567.1005806Another annoying thing: I have to activate Google Navigation to get an accurate and steady GPS fix. If it's not active Mozilla Stumbler loses/gets the fix every 2-5 seconds and jumps all over the place.
