Hi Thomas,

The geolocation in ichnaea should be able to handle dual SIM card devices,
but that patch only landed in ichnaea in #416:

I'm not quite sure what is going on with that - but I've filed a ticket
over here:

My hunch is that Android is just doing something unexpected and we're not
getting the radio type properly.

Regarding your GPS fix - we just use whatever Android gives us w.r.t GPS
fixes.  It's likely that the other apps you're using are not using pure-GPS
to get a fix.  If your device is losing it's fix - the mapview will show
that.
