Incorrect alphabetical sorting in lists

If you sort a column alphabetically, capital and non-capital letters are
treated separately, i.e. all capital letters go first, followed by the non
capital ones. This is not how it should be. A name starting with "S" should
have the same weight as a name starting with "s".
