The prototype used "snippets" and the terminology was subsequently changed to "tags". We should rename everything to use "tags" in conformance with the module name.
* Module name as appearing in Config should be tags-manager, change in module configuration file
* The base package name for everything should be {{info.magnolia.tagsmanager}} in conformance with pom.xml
* Classes having to do with the tags manager itself should be in {{app}} subpackage, in conformance with assets app for example
** It should be {{info.magnolia.tagsmanager.app}}
* Workspace name and type name should be changed from _snippet_ to _app_
* Do not forget to update other references in module configuration file, such as injection
* Do not forget to update references in configuration tree and export
* Do not forget to update references in FTL
* Do not forget to update i18n files
