The prototype used "snippets" and the terminology was subsequently changed to "tags". We should rename everything to use "tags" in conformance with the module name.
* Tag manager app classes should be in {{info.magnolia.tagsmanager.app.tagsmanager}} subpackage, in conformance with assets app for example

Module name as appearing in Config should be tags-manager, change in module configuration file

The base package name for everything should be {{info.magnolia.tagsmanager}} in conformance with pom.xml
