About page is completely outdated

license.xml, however not used for license checking purpose but just
information, contains outdated information (address, links, ...)
the about page displays this. the about page also displays an iframe with a url
that does not exist anymore.
This about page is currently not referred from the menus so we should either
* get rid of all this
* update it and readd it to the menus
