Rename the SystemProperty class to something more explicit

I always found this class pretty confusing, because Magnolia is using this
class as a central configuration point, but this is not related to the
System.properties ("jvm properties"). The fact that actual jvm properties are
loaded in there, and that the are some very rare case of actual jvm properties
usage makes it all even more confusing. We should rename the class to something
like MagnoliaProperties or MagnoliaConfiguration.
