resolved with r12689 AND r12690 for 3.5 (these are non critical changes at all):
* install/update subsccribers menu item via task (not via bootstrap file
anymore)
* allows ordering of menu items in samples module
(templates/dialogs/paragraphs menu items now ordered before subscribers
