this ( RSP to RSP transfers ) was released yesterday...according to the
specs posted in the May TUCOWS tribune.
no new code, all the changes were server side so they can be done via the
client code and the resellers interface.
check the archives from yesterday, Chuck gave an excellent rundown of what
was done.
