OpenSRS server checking for .info duplicates

Hi:

Should not, if OpenSRS is allowing duplicate .info domain submissions,

The server code allow an RSP lookup for an already queued .info domain, where the 
already queued domain does not belong to the RSP?

This is not the case now.  We are getting rejections based on already existing .info 
names queued in the OpenSRS system, but not belonging to us.

I think this is a server-side fix required -- probably no need for client patch?
