Some of the messages for transfers are used for both regular and batch
(also known as 'bulk') transfers. This is one of them. Domain admin
contact will aprove or reject the whole batch if they log in using a batch
transfer ID.

'domain' and 'domains' variables both refer to the same thing at this time
and should print out the full list of domains in both cases: aither one
name for regular transfers or the whole list for batch transfers. Not
ideal situation - could be resolved by totally separating all batch
transfer messages in future. Note that 'domains' is not listed in the list
of available variables (although is part of the default message content,
which is a mistake), so it's merely an exposed implementation detail that
should not really be used at all.
