First of all, I want to correct myself: the 'admin contact declined
transfer' message is *not* sent for batch transfers. Actually, end users
don't receive any messages for batch transfers at all: apart from the
initial 'could you go to ... and approve these 50 domains' message - which
by the way is not customizable by RSPs.
RSPs get messages according to their settings - when the batch transfers
are broken down to regular transfers, so they will get a success/failure
message for every domain in the batch.
