Not being a true geek (ie - can't code), I'm not completely up to speed on
the impact of this one. So without diving too deep into things I'm not
quite up to speed one, I can say that we evaluated this option during our
initial design phase in 1999 and discarded it due to performance issues.
I'll see if I can't find some of the internal email traffic regarding this
to see what the real issues were.
With that being said, if there is enough support for this type of
interface, I might be able to make a case to our architect/dev team to
revisit the issue.
