The most likely explanation of this is that your private key is incorrect
for one reason or another.

- Check to be sure you generated it on the system you're logging in to
- Regenerate and copy the new key into OpenSRS.conf...be VERY careful about
not copying spaces, carriage returns, line feeds or anything other than the
private key

Other things to check:

- What are the results when you run verify_install.cgi?  Same?
- Check to make sure you're not blocking traffic on port 55000 (the new
software uses a different port than the older versions, which used ports
50000 and 51000)
- If you're trying to log in to the production servers, make absolutely
certain that you've notified OpenSRS of the correct IP address from which
requests will originate...it's not necessarily the same as the IP address of
your website.

I have all of the new software working but I am still getting this
error I read the faq on the opensrs site which is no small task to
find and I did what it suggested and I still get this error ....
