We are currently working through our deployment strategy. We are *not*
waiting for final approval before getting to work. As per usual, we will
not be accepting pre-registrations. This is not to say that our MSPs
can't, however it is important that the risks are well identified.

a) The operational policies and charters for 6 out of the 7 new TLDs
have not been ratified. There is a very good chance that your
pre-registrations will fall outside of that charter.

b) Both the FTC and ICANN have issued directives that make it a very
risky proposition for an ICANN accredited registrar to accept
pre-registrations.

c) There is no guarantee that your pre-registrations will be accepted,
therefore charging customers for them in advance is premature at best.

As I said, the risk is yours to assume, however our policy is
long-standing and very clear.

Regarding availability, as with multi-lingual registrations, we will
have our systems ready to accept your orders on day one in all
applicable cases.
