I just encountered the problem with cgi-lib that I mentioned
earlier... Here is what I received when trying to log into the RWI:
<html>
<head>
<title>cgi-lib.pl: Unknown
Content-type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded,
application/x-www-form-urlencoded
</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>cgi-lib.pl: Unknown Content-type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded,
application/x-www-form-urlencoded
</h1>
