Hi guys,
I know this doesn't actually take the place of the list mechanics in
question - but I have just set up a majordomo list that some may like to
try. It's specifically for OpenSRS developers, and I am the only subscriber
yet.... So as an alternative, it may be worth a try.

The list is currently set to open+confirm. That is, anyone can join but are
sent a confirmation message. If there is no valid response then they don't
get on the list. This stops most spammers. The next level is closed+confirm,
where I validate all subscribers !!! ouch!
The list is currently set so all responses default to the list. The
sender's email is of course included in the message so it can be replied to.
As is the list name in the Subject line.
No need for reply all, or editing, Just [Reply] goes to the list. only.

I'll be interested to see what the turn around time is for messages to the
list????

If anyone wants to try it out that is... if not, well, its easy enough to
remove....

Regards
robert
