I agree.  Many people from around the world don't understand that as
Canadians we take answers like :  "We will get back to you." as part
of a normal day.  Cira has even questioned us & suggested we become
a registry to avoid the problems.  Further, Cira told us they do not know
why SRS sells domains below cost?  What does this have to do with my
domain working.

Charles - I want people to knwo why I came off the sideline and to the list.
You are known as being a person who tries to resolve issues.  Cira has
been paid but they did not give me the "fries" with my burger.

Lets see if this can get going.. SRS has our permission to attempt to
repair this issue.  I will assign a static ip address to both names as
soon as someone emails me.
