Yes, this is specifically what I meant. I'm sure NSI have the facility to
block a transfer even after 60 days if payment bounced. It would be nice
if TUCOWS could extend us the same facility.
Renewals should be treated similarly, if the RSP is out of pocket at the
client's request (i.e. excluding auto-renews and manual auto renews, which
would serve us right).
