Hrm... I think when we have RSP information in the whois, having it in the
manage interface will be superfluous, and increase the complexity of the
project (which currently is relatively simple).  But I'll see what we can
do to have it displayed.

It will create a larger change to the API (instead of just having a flag
set, "show whois/don't show whois", we'll have to pass RSP information to
the manage.cgi, or manage.opensrs.net).
