CC TLD's and OPENSRS_TLDS_REGEX

Hi,

The CC contract cover sheet says that we should modify the OpenSRS.conf
file and add ".cc" to OPENSRS_TLDS_REGEX

Well ... we are running 2.33, and I do not see such a parameter in the
conf file.  Am I missing something, does this really need to be done (was
not needed for .tv, .uk, .biz, .info or any other TLD), is there some
other file I should be doing this in ?
