Apologies for the late response,
You're looking for line 50 in the virgin file, the OPENSRS_TLDS_REGEX has
been in the OpenSRS.conf file for almost ever. Look for a line like this:
OPENSRS_TLDS_REGEX => "(\.com|\.net|\.org)",
