Paul,   Pre-registration was only a temporary phase, and this has been communicated since day one.  Due to the intense pressures from the timelines given from the registry, we've been unable to be as proactive with the changes that are going in place - and we apologize for that.   Unfortunately, there is little more we can do for you - I'm looking into alternatives for you.
