Clients?

Hello,

(Newbie here...apologies in advance if these are FAQs and I haven't gotten
far enough in the docs to know the answers.)

OpenSRS provides a Perl client.  Are there any other popular clients (like a
PHP client)?  Has anyone done any work on a .NET client?
