AutoRenew By error

I noticed some domains that were renewed while they are not stated as
autorenew domains
nor renewed manually, I'm afraid that may have been done by error, had
anyone noticed
something like that before, and how to bill the clients (domain owners)
for these domains
now if these domains are shown as will be expired after a year?
