reg_subscribe.cgi problem.

I have been fighting with a problem for quite a while with base.html and cgi_register.cgi   I get this in my log files:   [Sun Sep 23 21:01:34 2001] [error] (8)Exec format error: exec of /var/www/cgi-bin/ logo.gif failed [Sun Sep 23 21:01:34 2001] [error] [client 24.71.204.201] Premature end of script headers: /var/www/cgi-bin/logo.gif   And the logo (external frame ) is broken   I have copied logo.gif to public directories and changed the path in base.html to reflect that and permisions are fine.    Everything resides within the cgi-bin directory so permisions there should be no problem either.   This is on Linux and the verify runs fine.      Any ideas?   This has been frustrating me all day.   Thanks   Mark
