have two or three IP addresses that are _hammering_ our reg_system.cgi
code (over 60,000 hits so far this month!). As far as I can tell, they're not
getting anything done, but I'm concerned. Anyone have some logging code I can
put into reg_system.cgi that will give me more insight into what they might be
doing?
