There are some network issues right now and horizon is affected as well -
operations are working to resolve them. Domain registrations take in excess of
90 seconds so the client gets a timeout error back after 60 secs, - although
registrations complete successfully in the end. 

So there is nothing wrong with your code, just wait till the problems get
resolved on the server end.
