But if the owners userid/password was compromised, why couldn't they just
log into the manage interface, remove the domain lock, and change whatever
they feel like. Domain lock does not solve the problem if locking can be
turned on or off in the manage interface, only if it is disabled and you are
doing all the locking manually.
